This is an insurance-free practice which means that payment is required at the time of service. We can submit the claim to your insurance, or alternatively, provide you with the official receipt that you can submit to your insurance yourself.

For Medicare beneficiaries: Please note that we are opted-out of Medicare. This means that you cannot submit a claim to Medicare, nor receive reimbursement.
